The spacious living room, elegantly furnished in light tones and traditional Costa Smeralda materials, is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, home cinema, and hi-fi system. It opens onto a large sea-view veranda, complete with sofas and an outdoor dining area.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers air conditioning, TV, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and indoor barbecue. On this level, there is also a double bedroom with satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, Jacuzzi Teuco, and bathroom with multifunction shower and steam sauna.
