With approximately 145 sq m of living space arranged over two levels, this recently built, stand-alone chalet perfectly combines mountain character with contemporary comfort and refined style.

On this level, the master bedroom includes a dressing area and en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and toilet, offering both privacy and comfort.

The garden level hosts the main entrance, a ski room, and a laundry room, as well as a guest restroom. Two elegant double bedrooms, each with a dressing room and private bathroom, complete this floor — one featuring a hammam shower, the other a bath and shower. A cosy TV room, which can be converted into a fourth bedroom, provides additional flexibility, allowing the chalet to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children.
