Description

Villa Pantogia Aqua is a beautiful villa located on the hill of Pantogia in Porto Cervo.

The Villa boasts an idyllic setting among the hills of Gallura overlooking the sea of the Costa Smeralda, which is interrupted only by the spectacular views by the Nibani island, a small islands located at the entrance of the port of Porto Cervo.

Reserved for those looking for a quiet place, privacy and exclusivity at the same time, who does not want to give up worldly life of the Costa Smeralda, with its trendy bars and restaurants.

Villa Aqua is treated with taste and attention to detail. The Villa is on two levels: The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and air conditioning, a kitchen with outdoor laundry and a spacious living room, all surrounded by a beautiful patio overlooking the bay of Piccolo Pevero. On the lower floor there are four other bedrooms, also with private bathroom and air conditioning. The outdoor areas are composed, in addition to the patio, of a beautiful garden, full of plants and flowers of the territory, and a large swimming pool, with furniture and furnishings.

Porto Cervo (Poltu Celvu in gallura, Portu Chervu in sardinian) is part of the municipality of Arzachena, in the province of Olbia-Tempio in north-eastern sardinia, which is an historical and geographical region known as Gallura.
It is the main center of the Costa Smeralda and has a resident population of less than 200 inhabitants.
It is a very well know holiday resort and due its name to the shape of the natural harbor, which resembles a deer and dominates the headland.
The center is built on a mezzanine floor over the harbor, with its famous square, shops, boutiques, while restaurants, hotels, clubs and villas all around are scattered on the surrounding hills.
The Old Harbour dates back to the sixties, when Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this stretch of coast, decided to buy the poor lands of this part of Gallura, and together with the greatest architects of the time, including Luigi Vietti, to give life to the élite international tourism paradise as it is known today.
In 1967 the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda was founded and in the eighties, the building of the new port, much more spacious and equipped than the old one, began.
