LISCIA DI VACCA BEACHFRONT VILLA , a few kilometers from Porto Cervo This town is one of the most historic in the entire Costa Smeralda, inhabited for a long time even in the past.
To testify it is the small village, built around the church dedicated to the Madonna di Bonaria.
The celebrations linked to the pretty church take place on 2 and 3 May, and in autumn on 25 September.
Villa Corallo blu designed and started by the famous Archietto Couelle is currently unfinished and can be completed according to the customer’s needs.
The villa is divided into two blocks that reach a living area of 645 square meters, technical rooms of 228.21, covered veranda of 195 square meters, swimming pool of 108 square meters, land bordering the sea of 3757.32 square meters, pier.
In the 1960s, following the constructive fervor that animated the nascent Porto Cervo, a group of English aristocrats who came together in a consortium bought the divided lands, obtaining a single plot of land.
The renowned professionalism and constructive elegance of the architect Savin Couelle, have given life to a new village that has, however, preserved the canons of the Gallura style, with splendid villas all in granite, often cut out of the original style of the Gallura stazzi.
Its enchanting beaches with semi-hidden entrances between the villas right in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, overlook the Liscia di Vacca Bay in front of “Cala Pitrizza”, a splendid inlet with crystalline sea and pink granite rocks all immersed in the scrub Mediterranean.
More recently built, in fact, it dates back to the 1980s, it is the Bagaglino village adjacent to a beach, has a pond, restaurants, shops and theater, all in pure Baroque style, with walkways, vaults and decorations that recall the magical world of the Visconti Ludwig.
